The WEBSITE therefore has both an informational and a transactional nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The terms, conditions and procedure applicable to the electronic contracting of tourism services are governed by the General Contracting Conditions, which form an integral part of this Legal Notice for all purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. No user may impersonate another person or organisation. Identity theft may constitute an infringement or crime under the Spanish Criminal Code and Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIXTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada (Spain), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer\u2019s country of residence where this is outside Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For consumers resident in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 1215\/2012 shall apply where appropriate, which may confer jurisdiction on the courts of the consumer\u2019s domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
