- The ticket for children under 5 years old does not include an audioguide.
- The ticket issue time may vary by up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the booking process.

- Please bring your own headphones and a smartphone with sufficient battery to fully enjoy the experience.
- For reduced-price tickets, please bring valid supporting documentation, such as the Youth Card (Carnet Joven) or a document showing that you are over 65 years old.
