- It is MANDATORY to bring a valid original ID card or passport to access the monument.
- You must present the documentation proving your eligibility for a reduced-price ticket.
- Please arrive at the monument in advance, as the ticket is only valid during the indicated time slot.
- The ticket issue time may vary by up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the booking process.
- Tickets for minors require at least one adult per booking.
- Please bring headphones and a smartphone with sufficient battery and internet access to download and use the audioguide.
